Handcrafted to Perfection

At Westwood Conversions, every interior is handcrafted to order and built around each customer’s specific requirements. Every unit we produce is fully bespoke, from layout and finishes to the smallest functional details. We take pride in creating spaces that are not only beautifully built but also completely sealed, hygienic, and easy to clean — designed to handle daily commercial use while maintaining a professional, polished look.
Our interiors are finished to the highest standard, with careful attention paid to alignment, grain, and texture so everything feels deliberate and refined. Every surface is hand-sanded, oiled, and fitted with precision, ensuring that each build both looks exceptional and performs flawlessly in a working environment.
We’ve spent years refining our materials and methods to balance practicality with style — from durable hardwood worktops to tiled splashbacks that elevate the workspace. The result is a trailer that not only reflects your brand but also delivers long-term reliability.
Our focus is simple: build quality that lasts, with craftsmanship you can see in every line and joint.
Built with Quality Hardware
Every Westwood trailer is fitted with carefully chosen hardware and components — the result of years of refining and improving what we use. From durable hinges and latches to the power and plumbing systems inside, every element has been tested for reliability, ease of use, and efficiency. We don’t cut corners or rely on cheap fittings; we only use hardware that we’d trust in our own builds.
Every latch, hinge, and fixing has been selected for its resistance to wear and tear in daily commercial use. The result is a trailer that not only looks the part but functions flawlessly day after day, keeping your business running smoothly and efficiently.
Our commitment to premium hardware means less maintenance, fewer issues, and complete confidence in your trailer’s performance — no matter how demanding your working environment may be.

Power That Works as Hard as You Do

Every Westwood trailer is built with reliability and future expansion in mind. Each unit features a modular RCD consumer board, allowing customers to easily add new circuits or equipment as their business grows — a design built to future-proof your investment.
All sockets are wired through a 32-amp ring main, providing stable, high-capacity power across the trailer without overload or voltage drop. Lighting is controlled by a double switch, giving independent control of both interior and exterior lights for flexibility during long days and night events.
The lighting system itself is modular, meaning additional bulbs can be added if desired. Through years of testing, we’ve found that three to four interior bulbs offer the ideal balance between brightness and energy efficiency — keeping the workspace clear, comfortable and practical.
Simple, Reliable Plumbing
Each Westwood trailer is fitted with a Shurflo pump and accumulator, the leading brand in 12v water systems. This setup delivers a smooth, consistent flow and holds pressure throughout, ensuring dependable performance every day.
Water runs to a 240v heated tap, offering instant warm water. Electric water heaters are available as an optional upgrade (around £200), though most customers find the standard system more than sufficient.
Every build includes twin stainless steel sinks to meet EHO hygiene standards, with one for handwashing and one for food prep. Clean water is stored in a 20-litre internal barrel, while waste can be collected either internally or externally beneath the trailer.
During winter, the system should be drained down to prevent freezing and expansion, though many owners keep a small heater inside to protect plumbing and maintain warmth for coffee machines and other water-based equipment.

Refrigeration Options

Every Westwood interior includes a reconditioned double glass-door display fridge as standard, providing reliable cooling and excellent product visibility. All reconditioned fridges are fully tested and cleaned prior to installation and supplied with a 14-day warranty for peace of mind.
For customers seeking complete assurance and long-term performance, a brand-new double display fridge can be fitted for an additional £250. This option is ideal for those wanting the latest, energy-efficient unit with a full manufacturer’s warranty.
Fridges can be positioned under either of the wider counters, allowing customers to choose the setup that best suits their workflow and equipment layout. Each installation is fitted seamlessly into the workspace to maintain a clean, professional finish.
Solar Power System
For customers wanting to operate completely off-grid, we offer a supporting solar power system that charges the leisure batteries and keeps your trailer running efficiently throughout the day. The system is modular and future-proof, supplied as standard with two leisure batteries, with the option to add more for extended power capacity.
Power is managed through a changeover box, allowing you to switch between battery power or external hookup when needed. The roof-mounted solar panels keep your batteries charged while reducing reliance on generators or mains power — a cleaner, greener way to run your business and protect the environment.
This upgrade is available for £1,450 and offers a reliable, sustainable energy solution built to last.
